February is Heart Month. Proverbs 4:23 advises: ‘Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life’ Every year heart disease claims the lives of 460,000 women in our country, and one of those women could be sitting in the pew beside you. In fact, it’s the #1 killer of American women, and that means that someone’s mom, aunt, sister or dear friend will lose her life this year. Faith to be Healthy Ministry will have additional information available throughout the month.

Remember, Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flows the springs of life.
